I believe families and individuals shouldn't have to struggle alone and that healing happens when someone sits with you in the trenches, patiently helping find a way forward. I want my clients to experience compassion, safety, empathy, connection and empowerment- to leave our sessions with hope that they can make it through, clarity about what they're thinking and feelings, grounded to tackle another day. When working with adults, I bring a curious and compassionate approach, helping you explore the roots of your struggles, heal old wounds, and build a toolkit to navigate current challenges with confidence and clarity. With over 12 years of experience supporting children in schools, hospitals, and counseling settings, I use a play-based approach to help kids (ages 4 and up) better understand their emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and improve communication. I also enjoy partnering with parents to strengthen connections and bridge any gaps in understanding.
